FAQs

  • Each letter is approximately 3 foot tall and 2 feet wide, and each number is 4 feet tall and 1-2 feet wide. Our Symbols vary in size.

  • In order for the Marquee letters to light up we do need access to electricity within 25ft. The amount of electricity needed varies depending on what you are spelling. You will need a standard power outlet and can have up to nine letters on one breaker. With more than nine letters you will need to split up the power source you are using. Power needs can be determined upon booking. Generators are offered in select locations.

  • Yes! We love being able to offer different color bulbs for your special event. Reach out to your location for color offerings.

  • Rental periods vary based on location, most rental periods are per calendar day. Set-up and pick-up time will be determined after booking.

  • All rentals are first come first serve as our inventory is limited.

  • Our letters can sustain water/snow, every weather incident is going to be situational.
